I just wanted to know what the best tools are if you are a PHP programmer. An idea of what I need to download. I have Windows an Linux, Apache and MySQL, but I'm no talking about that sort of thing. I mean other tools like PHP Documenters (i found one at http://phpdoc.org), Pear, and I also read something about sonme PHP IDE's. What do you use?
