I figured someone might have at one time or another wanted to build (from scratch) a BIOS chip programmer. Very useful if you ever get a virus that infects the BIOS or you just improperly flash it.
oh you mean like the classes I had to take in assembler, operating systems, computer organization, etc. to get my bachelors in computer sciences?
I don't like working with hardware. I find it annoying and bothersome. If you don't believe me ask my fiancee. If I come home from working on a clients network all day she sends me to my office to program so I can cheer up.
