Basic PHP Form Help

Hi,

Im a beginner to PHP and require a little help with my web form. I am trying to make a form, which asks the user a number of questions over several pages. They answer a couple of questions on one page, then submit the current answers, which takes them to another page of questions.

However I have done the html side to this, but am struggling to find out how I can get the answers to the several questions to carry between pages until the final submission at the end of the form. Currently it only submits the answers on the final page, all the rest from previous pages are simply lost.

Can anyone help me to do this, as my experience of PHP is only very basic.

On all of the in between pages, you will need to hold the variables. I would create <input type="hidden"> tags for each of them

You could also try to store the answers in a file once you start running the next page.

Or in a session, or in a database, and so on. You just need to carry them from page to page somehow.
