can anyone tell me how to make just a table refresh in php instead of a whole page?
FYI i'm not sure if this has anything to do with it but, i don't know a damn thing about MYSQL, but i could learn.

can't do it. Sorry--limitation of HTML--unless you use an iframe--that might work
or maybe some really fancy JScript'ing.....
hmmm....that would do it, assuming that the data in the table is altered strictly by the user..ie: move parts of a list from one drop down to another....then have JS write out the new table based on that.
