do i use or , || which one?
you can use either 'or' or || they will both work. The only difference between them is in their precedence.
I would recommend using 'or' it's more readable and you probably what need as many brackets to deal with precedence.
|| is standard practice, and is much more readable to any experienced coder. i reccomend you get use to using it.
