Problems setting Cookies

I am collecting user information (first name, last name) which I then would like to save into a cookie. I will then retrieve the cookie value from other pages. I am using the code below to set it and then other code to retrieve it, the value is blank.

You can not have any space, html etc etc. before the setcookie method. Try moving the <html> tag to after the setcookie methods.

It still does not work. I get nothing.

How can I make sure the cookie is actually being set ? Do I need to do anything with the .INI file ?

Notice that I am doing a redirect (via Refresh), does that have anything with it ?

What is with the SETIT........

are you printing that out in the script file??

You can not have anything at all before the setcookies method is called. Any text, whitespace.
