The board email system seems slow lately....... i only get enw reply emails about 30 seconds to 10 minutes after theres a new post :o

also sometimes it skips posts that are very close together, which is annoying.....

possibly a load issue?

    10 minutes doesn't sound like too much time Moon, especially since it could be anywhere on the net. How are you gathering that it's the server?

    The load has been fine.

    It should only send one notification until you revisit the thread.

      well just this morning it took over an hour to get to me... no idea if it's the server, probably just a problem somewhere along the way. am marking resolved.

        Ok, if you have any more problems can you send me the email with full headers?

          might be hard to get the headers.... im using my hotmail account for the board, 'cause thats all i use. hmmmm........

            hotmail? use yahoo. You can still use MSN Messenger from Yahoo, unless you want to use all that 'profiles' and 'MSN Money' crap.

              ya can? i've been wanting to but all my friends are on MSN........

                You can get a ".net passport" on any e-mail address. You just can't use Hotmail and a few other things.

                  hmmm.......... so you're sayin that i can use a yahoo adress with MSN Messenger?
