Making A Superglobal

Is there a way to make your own superglobal? Or would it just be best to use the $GLOBALS array? I want to use some info everywhere so I need a superglobal but if register globals is off the $GLOBALS array is not made. So, I just want to make my own, is this possible, if so how? Thanks

As far as I know $GLOBALS is ALWAYS ON, whether or not register_globals is on or off. I have register_globals OFF and I use the $GLOBAL array all the time.

There is no other way to make other super-global arrays.

You can, however, declare things global $arrayName; in your function calls.

i guess you could modify the source 😉

but ya other than that you can't. and the superglobals are ALL always on in php >= 4.[12].x

LOL, I don't think I'm up to modifying the source. Guess I'll just use the $GLOBALS array then. Is there something I should know or be forwarned about using the $GLOBALS array?
