Hello all!
This may sound like a pretty odd error, but nevertheless it's a pretty important error which I really want to solve as it's important everything works the way it should.
I have created a pretty big mail script which fetches information from 2 tables (a user table including information about the sender and a recipient table including information about the recipient). The sender can add additional information to the mail via a form on my website. All this information will be sent in a mail to me. I formatted the mail so it would allow HTML and I tried to make the mail so everything would look fine and user-friendly for others. That works perfectly fine. I get every information from the tables and into the mail and the HTML-format works fine too.
I have one big problem though. I can't rely on all the information being completely correct, because no matter what I do or write there are always 2 errors in the e-mail that I receive. And it's not always the same errors. First mail I got the errors were:
2 invisible gif's that suddenly got visible when I printed out the mail
Second mail I got the errors were:
2 words from the form that suddenly lost a letter. For example the Danish currency KR became just R ... and an imaginary city called Palleborg suddenly became Pallebog
The script is kinda long and I'm not that particularly fond of posting it all to the entire community, so if anyone would be willing to help - I'll be more than happy to post the script to you in a private message or something.
Thanx in advance!
