[Resolved] echo speech marks

I've got to the point where I can get no further with this particular page without echoing speechmarks to go around the image links. I know that in Javascript this is possible through the use of \" however is there a similar feature in PHP and is so what is it?

In PHP, it's... \", or just use different types of quotes.

echo "\"speech marks\"";
echo '"speech marks"';

both do the same thing.

Thanks a lot. 🙂 Until I read your post I though single and double quotations were for different situations! 🙂 Thanks for the link aswell. I'll have a play around with the escaping characters later. 😃
