Using PHP to receive mails

Hi

I would like to know if anyone have an idea of how you could use PHP or JAVA to collect mails sent to a specific email-address.

Example:
A mail is sent to [e-mail] which is then collected and parsed by some script and stored in a database.

but how?

You can also search www.hotscripts.com to find scripts that you can learn from!

It's a lot of coding to build a script like that, so it's hopeless to build an example script. Taka a look at the tutorial and the manual, and just write a new thread if you can't make it work.
