Updating my surf page... please help :)

Hello wonderful PHP Builder community!!!

Im a college student at Hawaii Pacific Uni. and I was designing a website for the dorms as a hobby. I have different sections including a Surf page that I would like to display the current surf report of the major surf locations...

I actualy am not sure of the term that this is called (or i would have searched the forms) but its the action of displaying the current content of another website on my site. i heared it refered to as portaling before.

So my question is what would the code look like... or if there is a tutorial already made for this type of question please point me in that direction :-D

Depends. Does this other site provide RSS/RDF/XML feeds? Or are you going to just read the source of the page, and parse that?

I believe i would (if able) just grab the content from the source (no feed given)...

is that possible???
