Will a anti static wrist band and mat be enough to put my computer toghether?
I am going to get this( http://www.albatron.com.tw/images/ad/wise_fan/wise_fan.htm ) vid card (and mod the heatsink to high hell) and I don't want to screw it up as it is the most expensive thing in my comp.
On a side note, does anyone know where I can get blue PCB (printed circuit board). I can't find it anywhere!
Personally, I wouldn't bother with the wrist strap. Touch a radiator and don't move your feet and then do whatever work you need to do.

Well I don't have a radiator in my house so... I will pay the extra $3 LOL.

Well there is probably a radiator somewhere, but not anywhere close to where I would need it to be. We have an AC/Heating system. It gets too hot not to have an AC in S. CA
