.inc Module Use Script Needed

I am using .inc xhtml modules to seperate my pages into re-usable code through my website. In general this has increased efficiency, speed, and ease of maintenance on the website. I would like to keep my folder structure clean and free of thousands of files though. Here's what I would like help with:

The main body of my page is included into my index.php script. This much I have taken care of. I would like a script that can dynamically load the next include of the body and change it. In other words by default you load index.php and the body is inserted by including body0000.inc

What I want is when a visitor clicks a link to go to a different page on the website - the link doesn't change the page they're on, but changes just the body - dynamically - by loading the respective body include file.

Well the easiest thing to do is to pass the name of the page in the link. like index.php?page=feedback, or something to this affect. then you could do a switch function:

switch ($_REQUEST["page"]) {
case "feedback":
include("feedback.inc");
break;
case "anotherpage":
include("anotherpage.inc");
break;
}

etc etc for each page they could go to.

by the way, since you don't want a lot of files cluttering your folders, you could put all of the included files into one folder like includes
