Heh, I tried this when I was starting out PHP thinking it actually did something.
I was quickly disproven.
It still exists!!! The price has gone up, but apparently it's been rebuilt from scratch and as far as I can make out actually does convert Apache SSI directives.
I tried to get the trial version (the provided screenshots only show some option dialogues) but it's been eight minutes since I clicked the link and the download hasn't started yet.
Heh...I was imagining the PHP output would be something like:

You know, they should spend a little of their precious developer time to automate the copyright date at the bottom of the site ...
If PHP is too difficult I can convert it to JavaScript for less than $45 .....
