Date challenge

Hello everyone I hope this finds you all well.
I have a question and am lost.

I have a database that is generated by a php calendar.
It provides me the week number and day of week number for a given month.
I need a way to convert week 1 day 3 into an actual date.
I have looked over the source of the calendar program but can not find the code.

Can someone point me in the right direction here of provide and example of what I need to do?
