I think Handy Backup is a great program. However, their tech support is probably the worst I've ever seen. I paid for the program last month and used it for a couple of days. Then, I had a major hard drive problem and ended up having to do a complete reinstall of Windows XP. Handy Backup restored all my data. The only problem is that I didn't save my registration number somewhere separate from my computer.
When you open Handy Backup and request help. one of the options offered is registration number replacement. I've written probably 6 letters to them requesting help in the matter and have received NO replies to my requests.
So, I have about 2 weeks left on my current 30 day trial and when it expires, I'll probably buy a different backup program since I refuse to pay them an addtional $30 for a new number.
