PHP Compiled with Curl?

I was trying to install phpmysearch, but apparently I have run into a problem with some sort of curl compiler. Whatever that means?

How am I supposed to know if PHP is compiled with Curl on my system with Windows XP Home Edition? And, if it isn't how do I install curl? And, again, is this something that a neewbie can do without crashing his system? I would really hate to have to reformat my hard drive.

Can someone assist? Thanks.

Create a page with the following code:

<?php
phpinfo();
?>

Under the Configure Command look for: --with-curl

As for recompiling, you won't really be able to recompile on Windows unless you're an advanced user.

It's a field on the page I told you how to write.. first or second field.

After I created the page that you asked me to, there is a phpinfo.php already in the phpmysearch directory and it is blank. There is no configure command there either. None that I can find anyway.

Coincidentally, the phpmysearch directory is already uploaded to the websites ftp.
