mysql question

I know taht its not php question but I didnt want to register to another board just to ask for one question.
So, I have ant integer in mysql table. Is there a function like DECREASE or INCREASE so that I could increase or decrease an integer by 1? I search www.mysql.com but didnt find such function, but I saw it somewhere.....
