PHP version of JIRA

Hi,

I am looking for a tasking/helpdesk solution as intensive and involved as Jira, if anyone has used Jira (http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/), but in PHP form. Cost is not an issue - it just needs to be a well thought out piece of software that looks and acts professional.

Take a look on sourceforge. There's a ton of PHP help desk apps there, like this one
