newbie! want to make anonymous portal

Hey how's it going... I'd liek to make a basic page with an input box at the bottom for a website address to be entered, which will allow me to surf the web anonymously (i cant check my email from school because they block the pages).... I was wondering if anybody knows the basic steps or anythign on how to do this... thanks!

no, lol... anonymizer's do the trick.. but all of the anonymizers have been blocked as well... so i want to make one that only i know about so it's not heavily traveled...

Why is that so funny? I keep in touch with my girlfriend that way. We goto different schools and dont get to see each other to often. She normally gets online at school and emails me and I'd like to beable to respond...
