Refreshing

I have a problem.
I have a site that depends on being up-to date (the pages).
Howevere, most visitors get's cached pages.
I've tried metatags to get no-tags and Java script to reload th epage once on entering.
Reloading metatags that reloads the page after 8 seconds.
Still some clients get's cached pages, where do these cached pages exist, the clients who get's them have cleaned their cache and erased all internet file's on their computer, still th ecached page comes to them!

I'm using Xitami web server on Windows XP with Zone Alarm Firewall and D-Link DI-604 router on a cable modem.

PHP scripts often generate dynamic content that must not be cached by the client browser or any proxy caches between the server and the client browser. Many proxies and clients can be forced to disable caching with:

Hi and Thanx.
I've tried the "Expires, last modified, and Pragma" meta tags, will include the two "Cache-control" aswell to see if they make any difference!

Ohh, I see.
I've used to echo them as meta tags, now I've set them as headers, will see if it makes any difference.
