Help Please.

I want to allow users of my web site to be able to customize objects on this site. In otherwords, user should be able to choose their own color scheme, move navigation bar whereever they want, add/edit some of the contents, etc.

I am not sure on how to go about this....

you could do this two ways...

setup a registration system and then allow users to specify settings...

or...just do it with cookies...
