Create a self-submitting ad page with images

I need some major help in finding out how to have a self-submitting form that my customers can submit to me, including their pay-pal payment (or it can be done in a separate step), image(s), and a whole bunch of text fields about the car they want to advertise... See http://www.buyrides.com under one of the dealer ads to help me with my problem. I don't know how to do PHP, and I need a lot of help starting out, so please help. 🙂 I have Adobe GoLive and Dreamweaver to build sites.

If you want to do it yourself, start with some PHP tutorial to learn some basic things, like how to makea form, process submited values, store them in the database or e-mail to somewhere.
