storing images in the database

Hi,

I tried the program store.php, from the article 'How to store images directly in the sql database', by Florian.

i have following warning error:

Warning: fopen("", "r") - No such file or directory in blabla\store.php on line 10

Warning: Supplied argument is not a valid File-Handle resource in blabla\store.php on line 10

i'm using a windows server with iis.

any help?!

i did the same tutorial and couldnt get it to work, in the end i changed the system so that it stored a link to the file in the database and the files in a seperate folder

it's an old tutorial that was written with register globals on now you have to use the $_FILES array.

The $_FILES array is a two dimensional array here is a code snippet that will let you look into this array:

        echo "\$_FILES['" . $cur_file . "']['" . $cur_key . "']";
        echo " = " . $_FILES[$cur_file][$cur_key] . "<br />\n";

} //end foreach
?>

Use this information to update the scripts found attached to that tutorial. If you need any more help let me know. I do this all the time.
