Open form action in new window

I wish to have the action of one of my forms pointing to a new popup window. This popup window is a PHP file.

I have a few exercises, which when submit is hit, I want a new window to pop up with the answers.

I would also like to be able to set the size of the new window for each file, ie Some exercises have more information than others
so require a larger window to be opened.

This is my form so far, hope someone can help

if you want to be able to control the size of the window, you are going to have to use javascript....if you could get by just using a different window, use a target= in the form tag.
