problem with code

hi,

I have a problem with this code I'm trying to make. it has actually worked until about ten minutes ago and I can't spot the problem. I really hate to post this here because it is large, but I need to figure out what is wrong with it, and also if there would be any suggestions of how to make this a little more compact, or ideas for this code. its not the best put together because I've been trying to hurry with this since it is for my own use. but this is all in one file, and then to activate this script only one line is required from another file.,

Here is the file with all of the code in it. oh, the error which is happening is:
1. the page isn't showing a thing, and no errors are being logged either that I might go by.
2. apache keeps closing when I run this script!!!!!

oh, I'm going to have to attach the file, because this won't fit in the post.

sorry, i'm not an oop person. but i put it through zend studio debugger, and there was no output - no errors or anything. maybe the script isn't set to do anything?

yeah, its set to have output. it was having output just a little while ago, like I said. its kind of a chain effect, the one file called the class, and that class calls the other functions and classes. oh, and the reason there was no output also for you was that there has to be a file to call it...but even then, right now, its not working and it only shows a blank page.

I didn't even look at the code but I'm betting you've got an infinite loop in it which is what is crashing apache

hi,

no, no loops are in there yet. I only have the main page for the script build, and that the script checks to see if there are any courses in the mysql table yet. I'm doing all of that with mysql_query and mysql_num_rows. and that's about all.

the cookie is for the debugger i use.

No, sorry, it doesn't say much. but I think possibly it was just too crowded with classes? I mean, I tore that whole script apart, all the code is wonderfully fine...and I just started from the bottom up, I'd add a little code, test to see if it worked, and it did. once I had three classes in there it didn't want to work anymore. so that might be the case. so I just have two classes I think now and made the rest into functions. is there any possible reason that you can only have so many classes? just my observation anyway, I might be wrong.
