HELP!
I want to resize an image without using the GD Library.
Lets say I have an image thats is 300 x 200. I want to maintain the ratio but reduce the image by 20%.
How would I do that?
Can anyone help?

Do you want to change it's size in output or actually rewrite the file as 20% smaller?
