Is it just me or has the amount of spam email MASSIVELY increased over the past six months?

I get more spam on my door or on the windshield of my truck than I do in email. At least in email, I can apply Bayesian filters.

Now that I think about it, thanksto Bayesian filtering, my most annoying source of junk is the exact same!--those bastards who put lame fliers on my car while I'm at work. I need to get some sort of proximity electrocution device I think.

With MailGuard enabled chances are you will never get any more spam. WHY? Because the sender will get a link to go to to enter an authetication code from a random image. otherwise you will never get the email from the sender 😉

I never used to get too much spam but over the course of a weekend, for example, when I come in on Monday morning I have roughly 300 (after the filters have been applied). Oh well, nice to know I'm so popular and I can solve all these problems in my life whenever I want 🙂

You get tones of spam at yahoo emails.

I am not joking. Every time I go to my inbox it says that I have 0 unread messages. Today was the only exception, and those were e-mails from my friends.

Then you are very lucky. There are scripts out there which create emails@yahoo.com to be sold to list marketers and your email address just happens to be strange enough to be exluded from the script generator.

You must be thinking of Hotmail. Yahoo! has a new spam filter anyhow, maybe that's filtering it or something.
