Been sniffing around PB for a while now reading articles etc etc... so is anyone here from Sydney, AUS? Want to join a local PHP group?

Erm... dunno if this can be counted as the type of advertising that isn't allowed on here for the following reasons:
It doesn't look as if he's asking for any money, therefore it's non-commercial advertising.
If you look at the URL, it is part of the PHP.net network, therefore has been allowed by the people at php.net.
Might be barking up the wrong tree here, but thats just my 0.02p
I'm not sure either, but we didn't allow the PHPCon person to post, so I figured we couldn't allow this one either...
Granted, the PHPCon involves money... this is a fine line...
but phpcon is a comercial enterprise, whereas this isn't

And there are a lot of people that advertise for their free forums/site/etc... and we don't allow them...
So is the fact that it is a part of PHP.net a non-advertising sign?
