I pray that I have come to the right forum for this problem.
I recently (as recently as last week) been asked to learn php from my background as an asp programmer.
I have been told by several people that if you know asp, transition to php won't be hard.
Well, that may be but I am having the hardest time of my life setting up php to communicate with sql server db.
Well enough whining.
We use sql server and management has said we are not switching databases.
So I have installed and configured apache web server;
I have installed and configured php.
I tested php with phpInfo and it works.
I just need to know how to connect sql server db.
Can someone PLEASE help me.
My apache, php and sql server are all stored on the same box.
