Documentation management system like php.net????

Hi!

I'm looking for a documentation system much like the one on php.net or MySQL.com Particularly, the part where users can add their comments at the bottom of every page.

Does anyone know if the PHP.net code is available or another one similar.

Doesn't have to be in PHP but it would be nice.

Thanks for the reply.
I'm glad for the info as it will be useful for me in the future.

For now, what I'm looking for is a package to write generic documentation, manage it and have it be searchable by users with the ability for users to add their comments.

It is not geared for documenting PHP code
but for general purpose documentation.

how mysql.com and php.net do this? What is the technology they use?

I contacted both MySql.com and php.net.

The php.net stuff is open source (naturally) but not packaged....

It's more of a collection of pieces glued together.

The MySql.com stuff was custom written.

Most of the stuff I heard (from other forums) pointed to code documentation tools and such.... not very helpful for what I want to do.

Back to square one!
