Easiest way to add one hour

What's the easiest way to add one hour to a 24 hour time format?

$time = date("Hi", time());

I tried mktime, but it gave me some random crap...lol, maybe it's supposed to do that, but I DON'T LIKE IT! LoL...

Anyway, I'm sure someone here is a lot better at TIME than I am...

3600 = 60 60 = seconds per minute minutes per hour
