file upload error

i'm trying to upload a file via POST method but i receive following errors:

Warning: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 10007 is not allowed to access / owned by uid 0 in /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/blah.com/blah/index.php on line 129

could anyone suggest anything plz?

sounds like you're running in safe mode - check php.ini for the safe_mode option, should be 0

if not, probably file security - you need to chmod the files/directory (unix) or change permissions (win)

not too sure if this will work... but i had a similar error (i think!!) and it was fixed by CHMODing the upload dir to 777
