Insert Russian in Mysql with Html Form

Hi..

Can someone please tell me what the trick is to be able to insert Russian in a Mysql table using a html form ???

If I put the russian into mysql field from PhpmyAdmin It works fine, but when I try to insert it from html form it gets all messed up..

Someone help Please ! Greatly appreciated.. Thanks...

Thank You bubblenut for the reply, but I do not see that as an answer. Actually I have looked exstensively through the manual and I dont find most of what they have to be answers to anything..

is relevant to inserting russian into mysql from html form ???

Maybe I am missing something here, but I dont get it..

Is this something which the mysql table needs to be set as ??

Is this something that needs to be in a tag in the html form ??
