Send a newsletter. BCC or ...?

Hi.
Which is the best way to send a newsletter to thousands of subscribers.
Add the list in BCC field or go through a loop?

Also, if i use the BCC is there a chance for someone to get the addresses from the headers of the email?

i would propose doing loops.. thats how mine newletter script works...
