i know this isn;t a subject apporiate for here but i got lots of help from this forum in the past so i thought will try. i need a bit of help with understanding software project management. i got bit of experice with construction project management but this is new too me.
from what i can see is that the main differences are.
invisibily: immediatly you can;t see progress of a software project
complexity: software products are more complex then engineered ones
flexibility: software can be changed at ease.
if anyone has experience in this area and can give me some advice it would be much apprienated. thanks
