Would this be illegal?

I know this probably isn't the right forum, nor website to ask this question, but I guess most of you would have better experiance with this than anyone else, so here goes:

I bought Zend Encoder a while back, and I love it. What I'd like to do though, is offer to sell encoded scripts to people, for say, $1.00 a script.

Basically you'd send me your scripts and I'd encode them for you for $1.00 a file. Maybe cheaper, heck if I know...

Thoughts?

What does the Zend Encoder license agreement say? That would be the first thing I'd check.

I don't see it being any of Zend's business if the scripts you encode are ones you wrote yourself or not. And it's not a lot of use encoding scripts if they're not for distribution. Ergo....
