change include_path per directory under iis

For a particular directory on a site, I'd like to change the include_path. I'd rather not put

ini_set( "include_path", ... )

at the top of every file. Now, if I were using Apache, I'd just throw

php_value include_path ...

into an .htaccess file. But alas, I'm using IIS. Is there anything I can do? After much Googling, the solution still eludes me.

- added the closing quote to ini_set( "include_path", ... ) so people would be less likely to think I'm a stooge. Actually, it was more out of compulsion.
