more of a javascsipt question

hello,

This is more of a javscript question, but I hope it will benefit other users of this forum facing the same problem.

I'm came across with this issue while working on a php project requiring javascript for client side popups.

I'm using confirm (javascript) to popup a
window that says something like
"Are you sure you want to save this page?"..

The confirmation window has two options,
OK and Cancel.
Is it possible in javascript to change the wordings from OK and Cancel to someting more meaningful like "Save" and "Don't Save" ?

Thanks for the link.

I didn't get how you can change the text of the OK
button to "Yes" and Cancel button to "No", though.

The examples shown have only OK and Cancel .

...since the Confirm window is part of the browser...

So is "Ok" button on the alert() or "Ok" and "Cancel" on the prompt()...

The bast way to avoid these messages is to create a picture that will play a part of a confirm window wehere you could create a "Yes" or "Whatever-else" buttons...
