Hi

I think it is impossible for php to determine the bandwidth, but is there a way of calculating the data transfer in a php file including loading images and other php file ect.

Is a way to do that, but, not directly from php.
You can use the logs from webserver and phrase them in php, is not an easy way but is a way.
Try to find some log anlizers on the web and start study them.
