looping pages while inside sessions

I've got an admin section of a few php pages and they are all under a session ensuring password access only. The last page is an editor and uploads changes to the db. I need to return the user to the first page again after they run the last page. I've tried

header("Location: http://blah blah.com/admin/admin_view.php"); >>>>>>

but I get error

"Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by ...blah blah... /admin_text.php:11) . >>>>>

How can I get from text.php ( the last page} to admin_view.php (the first page) without having to destroy the session??

Don't send any output to the browser (from wherever the error message says its coming from) before you issue the Location header.
