If a php script uploaded an image to a folder on a server, how can I access that image from another server?

Right now, trying to display the image on my server produces an error that says "This image cannot be accessed."

Well, you at least have to make the folder "readable" and able to execute scripts, but normally not writable. If all you have in there are php scripts and images, then you really dont have a problem with those permissions, but I advise you to ask your system administrator before you do anything since I have no idea how your system is setup, but if you want to execute scripts, you have to make the folder that permission, but consult a system admin or some kind of admin before you do it.

I've tried giving it all permissions even and it still doesn't work. I think it's the way I'm uploading it, how can I upload an image that will allow me to possibly delay it? 😕

What do you mean by "delaying" it? And what do you mean by accessing froma ntoher server, do you mean viewing the image from your computer?
look up the sleep() function if you want to delay the script

Oops, not delay, I don't know what I was talking about. I want to access it as in be able to display it on another server, like <img src="blah blah">

Later on, however, I'm going to want to use a script to log on to the other ftp server and move the image.

Well I dont knwo what the problem is anymore, did you check fi the image actually went into the folder, and check the permissions of each individual file(pics), I dont knwo what else

The permissions are readable and the image is there. Strangely, if you actually go to the link itself it says, "This image cannot be accessed", but if you refresh it, it works. Then it works on the other server too, until a few hours or so.
