I would like to create an overlay that would be a transparent canvas with 15 dots. The color of the dot is based on a number from 1-4; 1= green, 2= yellow, 3= orange, 4= red. The location of the dots would stay the same.
Can someone give me a good starting point for how to modify an image? I don't need to totally create the image, only modify the colors of the dots based on the number code.
