So i wrote a chat a while ago. It works fine. Basically I write the msg to the DB. I refresh every 5 seconds. If the msg field in DB is not blank then I write the msg and delete the msg from DB.... so the only problem with this is that damn clicking sound the refresh causes. My temp. solution was a hyper link to a *.reg file that set the navigation sound to none when you run it... lol
Anyway... any suggestions to get around the refresh click sound ?
