text fields don't fully populate with data

Data being sent back to be displayed in text fields dont fully populate the fields🙁 why is this?

If you click on "edit record" and then select a record for editing you will see all the data dont populate the fields.

Something I've noted in the Debugging thread is that when something like this happens, one should have a look at the HTML source the browser is receiving to see if that gives any clues. Try it.
