pyro: unfortunately we don't have a freezer at work and when I cam in this morning, I wasn't expecting to work a 18+hr day :p

my boss had a good solution for backups...

take 1 placement student (myself)
treat badly for a year
entice him with money to stay for a further two years as a contractor
make him stay to do backups

and my solution...
change backup tape
go to pub
company credit card behind bar
return to switch tape
back to pub
back to tape
sleep on big leather sofa in office, "work from home" the following day

i'm at oxford brookes. i started in 99, did my placement in 01-02, and ever since then i've been a contractor for them. and now in my fifth and final year at uni.

what about you? which uni? how long have you been doing php? you seem to know your stuff

I'm in my 3rd year at Uni of Surrey. Been doing PHP for abuot 18 months now. Unfortunately, placement is ASP 🙁

Same, I hate mountain dew to! I drink Kirkland Iced Tea, and LOTS(and I mean lots) of it! Munchies tho, not sure, whatever I can find I guess.. maybe.. carrots? 😕
