Justify Text With GD

Hi all,

Aligning text left, center and right is easy with the GD Library. But how the hell would one justify text so that the text meets both the left and right margins?

If anyone has done this please let me know.

Having determined the text to go on each line,

• get text width

• subtract from width between margins

• divide result by number of of words - 1

• output words individually putting space and the calculated extra pixels between the words

Hi thanks, but I already worked it out.

But insted of putting each word down with extra spaces I put each charactor down. It takes a little longer, and your machine must be dann fast to run it, but the results are excellent.

I'll post the class in code cretique once i clean it up a little.
