[Resolved] Get records from d/b, save to a text file

Is it possible to get the records from database and then save each record into a text file at a certain directory on a new line?
Eg from d/b
qq qq qq qq
ww ww ww ww
ee ee ee ee

Then save these in to a text file in the form of
qq qq qq qq
ww ww ww ww
ee ee ee ee - similar to what it lookis like in a database.

How can this be done?
Pls provide an example.

This will do it

$sql = "SELECT * FROM tablename";
$res = mysql_query($sql);

# open text file for output
$fp = fopen("path/to/filename.txt" , "w");

#read data and write to text file
while ($row = mysql_fetch_row($res)) {

$text = join (" " , $row); # put a space between each field
fwrite($fp , $text . "\n");
}

fclose ($fp);
