In need of help with HTML text boxes

I'm trying to figure out how to create hovering boxes that have vertical scroll bars. I do NOT want to just use normal HTML form code for creating the textbox, because that method does not allow you to change font types, add bold text, images and so on.

If you go to http://www.foresightcore.cjb.net/ (and click on the intro picture) you'll see an example of what I'm trying to achieve.

I can't find any online tutorials anywhere that explain how to do this. Any help would be appreciated.

And I think Weed is just giving an example of how to change the "font types, add bold text etc..." of stuff! What he showed would work with a "textbox" too. 😉

And if you do a "View Source" on that textbox screen, you will also see the following:

<META NAME="GENERATOR" CONTENT="Microsoft FrontPage 5.0">

So genius is not always as it seems, eh? 🙂
